Return Policy

 

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, but we understand that choosing a right hair piece is not an easy process. You might not be happy with the style or color you chose and need to exchange or return an item you purchased. We will do our best to help you with the process.

 

What is the return period?

All returns must be shipped back within 7 days after receiving the wigs.

 

How should I return it?

We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously.Due to the sensitive nature of our products and the principle of our company, we are not allowed to resell hairpieces which have been worn, tried on or handled in the point view of health and hygiene.

Please follow our return steps:

1.For the quality problem (e.g.different from what we described), please upload some persuasive pictures or videos to kalysswig@gmail.com and contact with our customer service in time. You will receive a return label along with the address to send to.

2.Returned wigs must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, not combed out and unwashed.Write the return label on the outside of shipping box, not on the merchandise box.Do not write anything or apply any tape on the merchandise box or package.

3.All customers should contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. If you choose to ship your return/exchange by USPS, choose 'USPS Tracking' in order to obtain a tracking number.

When shipping your return item, we highly recommend saving the tracking number as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

 

Do I pay for the shipping of my return?

NO,If the product has quality problems or the delivery of wrong items, the return shipping cost will be borne by us.(Allow color slightly differences due to different monitors and resolutions of the computer)Otherwise the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

When will I receive my refund?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned wigs were not unworn, unaltered, undamaged, not combed out and unwashed.

Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.
